Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply only to Customers of White & Glory, an invitation and stationery brand established under Johnsson Media.

Any order from a White & Glory Customer is deemed to constitute acceptance of the following terms and conditions:



  1. Placing the order

For invitations and stationery, requests and orders are made via quote request forms on our website or via email. 

The request is considered an order once the Customer agrees to the quote via email, confirms the intent to go further into the process (designing) and pays the fixed deposit of 50 Euros that will be included in the Final Price (please see more under Pricing and Payment Methods). Only after these conditions are fulfilled, White & Glory proceeds with the order.


  1. Pricing

Prices are presented to the Customer via email based on the requested quantity, types of items, elements and materials included in the price. 

Semi-custom designs (all shown online on White & Glory website or Instagram) are customized free of charge. 

This customization include: Customer´s text implementation, font and font color changes, design color changes if possible and removal of elements on design. Any designing action outside mentioned elements is considered a custom design and will be charged accordingly.

Custom design is charged with a fixed fee of 80 Euros. 

Custom design includes development of completely new design in consultations with the Customer before and during the design process. 

If the same design is applied to other products (for example, menu cards, table numbers etc.) there are no extra charges. Custom design includes up to 3 revisions (feedback sessions). For every extra revision, there is a fixed fee of 10€.

  2. ​  Final Price

The Final Price may vary if there are changes in quantity, elements and materials requested by the Customer. For every consequent price changes the Customer is properly and timely informed. No price changes and variations will be done without clear and written approval via email of the Customer. Accordingly, the Customer is required to confirm all the extras and price changes via email. 

After the order is placed, White & Glory guarantees the price for the quantity, elements and materials ordered, except in case of changes in quantity, elements and materials requested by the Customer. VAT is included in all prices.


  3.   Deposit

After the final confirmation of order from the Customer, White & Glory requests deposit of 50 Euros which will be included in the Final price. 



  1. General Timelines

For semi-custom designs, please allow about 3-4 weeks for designing, proofs and printing. For custom designs, please allow about 4-5 weeks for designing, proofs and printing. Custom design includes development of design in consultations with the Customer and it includes 3 revisions (1st revision is the draft or the starting idea, 2nd and 3rd usually includes changes on the draft). Invitations or any other text to be printed is provided by the Customer. White & Glory team can help with the text but is not in any way responsible for grammar or preferred style of the final text. Please note that the stated timelines are valid if the communication between the Customer and White & Glory is active and regular from both sides. In case of irregular and/or delayed feedback from the Customer, White & Glory is not responsible for the consequent delays. 

The timeline could be prolonged based on the workload of the studio, holidays or collective studio vacation, of which the Customer will be informed up-front. 

For last minute, quick turnaround orders, please discuss possibilities directly with White & Glory via email.

   2.  Wedding day / event order timelines

Items ordered for the day of the wedding or event must be approved and confirmed by customer at least 4 weeks before the wedding to ensure delivery on time for EU countries. 

For approvals within 4 weeks before the wedding or event, White & Glory will not be liable for orders not delivered on time.

 For last minute, quick turnaround orders, please discuss possibilities directly with White & Glory via emails.


  3.   Production / Printing 

Before products are being produced / printed, White & Glory sends the final product overview to the Customer. It is the responsibility of the Customer to thoroughly check the final version of the product for any errors or omissions such as layout, spelling, grammar, content and copy. 

Only after Customer ́s written approval of the final product via email and confirmation of the payment of the Final Price, products are being produced / printed. 

4. Responsibility of the Customer and White & Glory

If designs that where previously approved by the Customer contain any errors and omissions regarding grammar, spelling, layout or content, White & Glory does not hold responsibility and is not liable for any further costs. In case of needed reprint, the Customer will be fully charged. 

Please note that colours may show differently on your screen and could differ from the printed version. Therefore, White & Glory recommends the Customer to print the final version to be aware of the sizing of the fonts, graphics and other elements and colors. Please note that printing outcome may vary as well.

In case of non-printing errors such as wrong envelope color or wrong wax seal design than agreed upon, White & Glory takes full responsibility and will reproduce and  resend the product.


  1. Shipping service

White & Glory uses tracked courier and fast shipping service to deliver packages to the address provided by the Customer.

Please make sure to inform White & Glory of your destination in order to receive an estimate before the order is placed. 

  2.   Deliveries within EU

Deliveries within EU take 3-5 working days and shipping is included in the price.

  3.   Deliveries outside EU

Deliveries outside the EU and overseas usually take 7-15 working days, depending on the destination and the size and weight of the package.

Customer is charged the full amount of shipping costs and the destination . Please note that delivery outside of EU in general may exceed expected delivery time.

  4.   Delivery delay and Custom Fees

White & Glory is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier. 

Please note that custom fees and import duties are not included into White & Glory shipping fees and are the responsibility of the Customer.



  1. Cancellation before confirming the order

If the Customer decides not to place the order after first consultations with White & Glory, no charges are applied.

  2.   Order Cancelation 

If the Customer decides to cancel an order that has already been placed and deposit is paid, White & Glory will retain the deposit. 

After the full amount of the order is paid, White & Glory proceeds with production and printing phase. If the Customer decides to cancel an order after the full amount of the order is paid and products are already produced/printed, White & Glory will keep the full order amount and no amount will be refunded to the Customer.

If Customer decides to cancel Custom design order in the middle of the design process, White & Glory will keep the amount for Custom design (80€).

  3.  Returns 

In accordance with the online distance selling regulations, customized/personalized orders are not available for refund due to the personal nature of the goods. 

This applies to all items which are tailored to you specifically, including all invitations and personalised wedding stationery (such as menu, seating plan, place cards etc.)

Refunds and exchanges will only be made if the stationery is faulty or does not meet the specifications of your order.

 If you wish to return a faulty item, you must notify us (either by email or in writing) within 14 days of receipt of the item. Unfortunately, we do not provide free returns. Therefore, the cost of and safe return of the goods is the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly advise obtaining proof of postage. We cannot be held liable should your item(s) get lost in transit.


The Consultant’s liability to the Client for any breaches of this Agreement or for any other harm suffered by the Client shall at all times be limited to the amount in fees already paid to the Client pursuant to this Agreement. This does not apply to any damages resulting from intent or gross negligence (opzet of bewuste roekeloosheid) on the part of the Consultant.


If White & Glory fails to deliver the order for any reasons other than any cause beyond White & Glory's reasonable control or the Customer's fault and White & Glory is liable to the Customer, White & Glory's liability shall be limited to the invoice price of the goods.

White & Glory shall not be liable to the customer or be deemed in breach of the agreement by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform any of White & Glory's obligations in relation to the goods, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond White & Glory's reasonable control. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing the following shall be regarded as causes beyond White & Glory's reasonable control:

  • Act of God, explosion, flood tempest, fire or accident

  • War or threat of war, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance or requisition.

  • Acts, restrictions, regulations, bye-laws, prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of governmental, parliamentary or local authority

  • Import or export regulations or embargoes

  • Strikes, lock-outs or any other industrial actions or trade disputes

  • Difficulties in obtaining raw materials, labour, fuel, parts or machinery.

  • Power failure or breakdown in machinery.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Complaints are submitted to White & Glory via email whiteandglory@outlook.com.

White & Glory will respond as soon as possible to Customer ́s complaint with the intent to solve the issue.
